- Previous costumer service experience is not a requirement, but it useful.
- Confident and outgoing personality
- A strong drive for sales.
- Knowledge in cash handing
- Knowledge in opening and closing stores is not a requirement, but useful.
Working for Softmoc requires the employee to build a strong relationship with our customers, listening to them to help them find the right fit and comfort for them. It is also about finding the right shoe for our costumers, finding out what they need the shoes for and leading them down the right path so they become a regular costumer and shop with us again.
The Shift leader position is a role that can lead to managerial positions, since a lot of the isssues and daily tasks you will be given is something akin to what a manager does on a day to day basis. You will also be put in chage of the store when the store manager or the assitant manager are not around.
