The Village at Park Royal

Guest Services

With over 1.2 million square feet of shopping paradise, sometimes we all can use a little help. Guest Services is the place for all your needs – Information, Directions, Strollers and Wheelchairs, Lost and Found, Gift Cards, even Gift Wrapping. We’re here to help give you the experience you deserve. Park Royal South now has WIFI in select areas to enhance your shopping experience.

Please note that starting June 1, 2013 until mid-August, Guest Services North will be closed at:

• 5pm on Sundays
• 6pm on Mondays
• 6pm on Tuesdays

With nearly 6,000 free parking spaces conveniently located throughout Park Royal North, South & The Village you will never have far to travel to get shopping.
